Job Responsibilities
- Cross-selling existing clients with other home/auto products
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals
- Generating insurance quotes
- Providing excellent client service through relationship building
Requirements
- A property & casualty license with one year minimum insurance agency experience preferred
- Unlicensed candidates who are able to obtain their property and casualty licensed may also be considered
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently
- Must have ability to multi-task
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Career minded vision
- Good organizational skills
