You'll own our clients after onboarding: keep them happy, keep them with us, and round out their coverage. When you write new business or save a client at renewal, you get paid for it.

What you'll do

Handle inbound client calls and coverage questions.
Process policy changes and endorsements.
Work with underwriters to get clients what they need.
Run renewal reviews and reshop coverage when it makes sense, so clients stay with us.
Cross-sell: spot gaps (auto without home, home without flood, no umbrella) and close them.
Keep clean, detailed records of every client interaction.
