How the first 90 days pay

Commission jobs are scary when the first check is a mystery. Yours isn't.

90 days at $3,500, or what you earn, whichever is more.
No step-down.: Do what we train you to do and that's what you should be making by day 90 at minimum.
Big months pay bigger.: If a big month is still on the books 90 days after it ends, you earn a tier bonus on it. At 35 new clients a month, the plan pays about $76,700 in year one and $158,200 in year three.

No. New business pays 30 percent of our commission your first year and 50 percent after that. Big months pay more. If $50,000 of a month's new premium is still on the books 90 days after the month ends, everything still on the books from that month earns 40 percent, or 60 percent after your first year. At $70,000, it's 50 or 70 percent. That's about 20 and 28 clients a month. The extra is paid as a tier bonus after those 90 days.
