Who We Are
Chabert Insurance is a small team. We like it that way. Everyone here knows every client by name, and when you call the office, you talk to a real person who already knows your situation.
Our Baton Rouge office is run by Caleb, who handles both office management and sales. Sadie leads our service team and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Behind them, we have producers and account managers who each bring something different to the table. Some have been in insurance for years. Others are newer and still learning. What they all have in common is they actually care about getting it right for the people they work with.
What the Office Is Actually Like
We're not going to pretend we have a ping pong table or a cold brew station. It's an insurance office. But it's one where people get along, help each other out when things get busy, and don't take themselves too seriously.
Birthdays get celebrated. We've done axe throwing, bake-offs, and other competitions that have no business getting as heated as they do. And when someone passes an exam or earns a new certification, the whole office knows about it.

Whether it's a crawfish boil, a group outing to an escape room, or an LSU baseball game, we make time to enjoy what Louisiana has to offer.
We also show up in the community. Our team gets involved with local fundraisers, school programs, and sponsorships around Baton Rouge. Insurance is a local business, and we think it matters to actually be part of the place where you work.
Awards
We won Best of Baton Rouge 2025, which was a big deal for us. Not because of the trophy, but because it's voted on by the community. You can't buy that. People voted for us because of their experience working with us.
